Heather Henness

Heather plays a critical role in the Pre-Demand Department, working closely with the Team and Mr. DiCosola to ensure that each case progresses smoothly from the ground up. She works promptly and efficiently to establish claims with insurance companies, and is responsible for drafting and sending the initial letters that initiate open communication, with all relevant insurance providers.

In addition to her work with insurance companies, Heather manages all aspects of case preparation, ensuring that every file is meticulously organized and complete. She gathers and compiles essential documents, including medical records, bills, police reports, photos, estimates, and insurance policies. Her exceptional attention to detail and commitment to thoroughness ensure that each case is properly maintained and fully prepared for the next steps in the process.

A Florida native, Heather was born in Tampa, and moved to St. Petersburg in 1996. Her deep connection to the State of Florida is reflected in her dedication to her work and her vibrant personality.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Heather enjoys spending quality time with her family, relaxing at the beach, and attending live concerts. A true Gators fan, she brings the same enthusiasm and commitment to her personal life, as she does to her work.
