Jessica Martin joined The Law Office of Frank DiCosola, P.A., August 2015, as a Legal Assistant, in our Pre-Demand Department.

Through years of hard work, dedication and commitment to the firm, Jessica was promoted to Paralegal, in November 2018. She was, again promoted, and is currently one of the firm’s Pre-Demand Case Managers.

Jessica is an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager, with over 9 years of expertise in navigating the complexities of all varieties of injury claims. With a strong background in client advocacy and case management, Jessica is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive support to clients throughout the claims process.

Jessica has a deep understanding of personal injury law, and works closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met. Jessica excels in gathering and analyzing case details, coordinating medical treatments, and collaborating with legal teams to build strong cases for clients seeking justice and compensation.

Known for her empathetic approach, Jessica is committed to keeping clients informed and empowered, helping them understand their rights and options. With a focus on communication and organization, Jessica ensures that no detail is overlooked, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for each and every client.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies, from St. Petersburg College, which she completed December 2024. Jessica is passionate about rooting for Florida sports teams, and enjoys exploring the natural beauty the state has to offer.
