Kaitlin McLean

Kaitlin McLean joined the Law Office of Frank DiCosola, P.A., in January 2017, as an Assistant in our Negotiations Department.

Through her dedication and commitment to the firm, Kaitlin was promoted in January 2019 to Paralegal and one of the firm’s Negotiations Case Managers. Kaitlin was again, promoted in March 2020 to Pre-Demand Case Manager. In 2022 Kaitlin went part time to be with family, and currently works as an assistant in the Pre-Demand Department.

Kaitlin is primarily responsible for coordinating all aspects of initial stages of all injury related cases at Frank DiCosola, P.A.. She assists Mr. DiCosola in her active involvement, in the various stages of the firm’s cases, from the first day we meet with each client, until their property damage claim is resolved, and their bodily injury claims are submitted for claims negotiations.

Kaitlin communicates with, and works with claims adjusters, medical provider offices, police departments, investigators, collision repair centers and rental car companies daily. She helps clients with coordinating vehicle repairs, securing rental vehicles, and obtaining police reports, medical records, medical bills, witness statements, and many other aspects of our cases.

In addition, Kaitlin also assists Mr. DiCosola, in preparing Demand letters, with her in-depth knowledge of the insurance claim process.

Kaitlin graduated in May 2018, from St. Petersburg College, with her Bachelor of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies. When Kaitlin is not working, she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her friends and family.
