Kim DeCosta joined The Law Office of Frank DiCosola, P.A., in August 2013, as our receptionist.
Through her dedication and commitment to the firm, Kim was promoted in 2014 to Legal Assistant in both the firm’s Negotiations and Disbursement Department. Kim was, again, promoted in 2016, and is currently one of the firm’s Pre-Demand Case Managers.
Kim is an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager, with over 10 years of expertise in navigating the complexities of all varieties of injury claims. With a strong background in client advocacy and case management, Kim is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive support to clients throughout the claims process.
Kim has a deep understanding of personal injury law, and works closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met. Kim excels in gathering and analyzing case details, coordinating medical treatments, and collaborating with legal teams, to build strong cases for clients seeking justice and fair and equitable compensation.
Known for her empathetic approach, Kim is committed to keeping clients informed and empowered, helping them understand their rights and options. With a focus on communication and organization, Kim ensures that no detail is overlooked, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for each and every client.
Kim was born, and raised, in St. Petersburg, Florida, providing a strong bond with her community. In Kim’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
