Her diligent efforts in securing current medical records, bills, healthcare liens, and Medicare and Medicaid liens are crucial for ensuring the accuracy and attention to detail required in preparing settlement and demand packages for submission to insurance claims adjusters. Additionally, Lisa maintains regular communication with clients, keeping them informed and updated on the various aspects of their cases.

A proud native of St. Petersburg, Florida, Lisa has spent the last 25 years making an indelible mark on the hospitality industry. Known for her vibrant and infectious personality, Lisa thrives in dynamic, customer-focused environments, bringing a blend of expertise, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence in everything she does.
