Romulo (Rom) A Armas Jr

Romulo (Rom) A. Armas joined the Law Office of Frank DiCosola, P.A. in 2005, part-time, writing demand letters. In August 2014, Rom came on full time, as an assistant, in our Negotiations Department where he used his previous skills working in the insurance industry, as a Claims Service Representative, for one of the country’s largest personal lines insurance companies. In August 2016, Rom was promoted to Paralegal, and is currently one of the firm’s Negotiations Case Managers.

Rom is primarily responsible for the negotiation stages of all injury-related cases at Frank DiCosola, P.A.. Rom communicates and works with claims adjusters and medical providers to ensure all records and bills are secured and ready to proceed to settlement and/or litigation.

In addition, Rom also assists Mr. DiCosola, in preparing Demand letters, with his in-depth knowledge of the insurance claim process.

Rom graduated in 2005 from St. Thomas University with his Juris Doctorate and his Masters in Business Administration from Nova South Eastern University. In Rom’s free time he enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and playing guitar.
